Return Process

    Email our team at [email protected] within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the items you wish to return or report as damaged.

    Verify Eligibility

    Our team will review your request to ensure the items are non-perishable, unopened, and in their original packaging, or verify damage for a credit on fresh goods.

    Ship the Items Back

    Once approved, securely pack your non-perishable items and use the provided prepaid shipping label to send them back to our Atlanta boutique.

  • 4.
    Receive Your Refund

    After we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or provide store credit within 3 to 5 business days.
